Request deletion

To request deletion of your Lembas account and workspace data, email support@lembas.gg from the email address on your Lembas account.

What deletion covers

• Your Lembas user profile and workspace settings.
• Connected platform records and encrypted OAuth tokens.
• Stored chat messages, viewer notes, clip markers, stream prep data, tools, and announcement templates.

Billing records

Some billing records may remain in Stripe or accounting systems where retention is required for fraud prevention, tax, chargeback, or legal compliance.

Disconnecting platforms

You can also disconnect Twitch, YouTube, and Kick from Platform Health in the app. For complete revocation, remove Lembas from each platform account's authorized apps page as well.
