What Lembas collects

Lembas stores the information needed to run your stream workspace: your account email and profile details, workspace settings, billing status, connected platform metadata, chat messages we receive, stream prep data, clip markers, tools, announcement templates, and viewer notes you create.

Platform connections

When you connect Twitch, YouTube, or Kick, Lembas stores encrypted OAuth tokens so it can read supported chat and stream state, check platform health, and update stream title/category where you grant permission.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Lembas stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, but does not store full payment card details.

How we use data

• To authenticate your account and keep your workspace available.
• To show unified chat, platform health, stream monitor status, viewer notes, and stream prep tools.
• To provide subscription access and billing management.
• To troubleshoot support requests and keep the service reliable.
